The Team
KEVIN McCLUSKEY
Kevin McCluskey has a deep investment background spanning over two decades. Kevin has led, or co-managed middle market and pre-IPO transactions exceeding $2.5 Billion. He has been instrumental to the capital formation, development, acquisition, and operation of several large-scale operating companies and start–ups. Prior to co-founding Sea Hunter Capital, Kevin has been a Capital Markets Advisor for over 20 years. Mr. McCluskey was a Managing Director for Deutsche Bank’s Private Institutional Client Group. While at DB, Kevin co-managed capital market strategies for some of the Bank’s largest clients, as well as consulted on Middle Market capital structuring. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director for Wells Fargo’s Private Bank, where he led the Bank’s top team and oversaw portfolio assets which exceeded $1.3 billion. Before joining Wells Fargo, Kevin began his career with Morgan Stanley within their Private Client Group. He has been identified multiple times as one of the top Wealth Advisors in America by both Barron’s and Bank Investment Consultant. Kevin received his BA in Finance and Marketing from Texas Tech University.
Alexia Varga
CFE, CPA, CGMA
Alexia Varga has been a CPA partner at one of Palm Beach’s largest firms for over 20 years. Ms. Varga has led, or co-led multiple public offerings, managed extremely complex structures and has designed and implemented advanced tax strategies for large families, private businesses, public companies and cross border transactions. Her vast experience has led her to be an extremely methodical lead on our most complex projects, both public and private. She has also been securities licensed for 15 years and leads our liquid and private investment tax strategies.
Ms. Varga is also responsible for all aspects of real estate advisory, including operations, leasing, property management, renovations, capital projects and final disposition. She also participates in sourcing and underwriting real estate acquisitions.
Jack McCluskey
Jack McCluskey, prior to Castle Island, graduated among the top of his class from Crummer School of Business where he received his MBA. While completing his MBA, Jack worked as an intern at a boutique private equity firm in Palm Beach. Previous to that, Jack earned an athletic scholarship to play baseball and attend Rollins College where he earned a BA in business management. Jack was born and raised in Palm Beach where he has been involved in philanthropy and is a devoted member of his family.
Diane Rogers
Diane Rogers has been a member of our team for over 20 years, having earned the title of Vice President at Deutsche Bank and Wells Fargo. For the duration of her tenure, she has been security licensed by FINRA and the SEC. Her focus on details, and efficiently delivering results to the clients we cover, have been her hallmark. Diane has been deeply involved with all aspects of our firm, including public and private investments, tax, and cash flow management.
